NEW YORK, NY, October 21, 2021 – Looking for a luxury home buyer? A current luxury homeowner is the most likely prospect. This and other interesting content will be featured in the next rendition of Luxury Portfolio International® (LPI) – the leading network of the world’s premier luxury real estate brokerages and their top agents – signature “Luxury Hour” webcast. The webinar series aim to inform attendees on a variety of topics that connect with, and to the luxury residential real estate market.
This rendition, Luxury Hour: Finances of the luxury home buyer, will feature Chandler Mount, joining LPI President and host of the show, Mickey Alam Khan.
Mount is founder and CEO of Affluent Consumer Research Company, and LPI’s researcher. His expertise is unmatched in the industry, as he’s conducted extensive research surrounding wealthy consumers, including LPI’s State of Luxury Real Estate report.
Topics covered during the Luxury Hour series have ranged from trends in color, paint and wallpapers to designing homes, gardens and amenities with the future in mind.
This newest webcast will dive into who is currently purchasing luxury homes, where they are buying them, and their financing strategies when doing so. The panel will be hosted live on October 27 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET.
