NEW YORK, NY (March 21, 2022) – The world’s leading luxury residential real estate professionals descended on the Wynn Las Vegas for the highly anticipated Luxury Portfolio International® (LPI) 2022 “Limitless” Luxury SUMMIT.

The three-day conference, which took place March 6-9, welcomed more than 500 attendees, including registrants, speakers, and VIP guests.  Leaders and top-producing agents from across the 200+ brokerage Member network converged to discuss luxury trends for the coming year, and a new force in the market -- millennials -- as well as the lasting impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the lifestyle preferences and purchasing habits of high-net-worth individuals.

The annual symposium featured a dynamic range of panels and seminars, including a focus on how agents can make stronger connections with their clients; the explosive growth of wellness in the home; the global economy’s effect on the luxury real estate market; the newest trends in architecture and amenities; a case study on high-end branded residences; and the important tech trends buyers are looking for in properties.

“After more than a year of socially distanced events and virtual forums, it was a tremendous coup to have had the opportunity to reconnect face-to-face and discuss ideas and innovations,” said Mickey Alam Khan, President of Luxury Portfolio International®, who moderated multiple roundtable discussions.  “For instance, the rise of the millennial buyer has created new trends and purchasing habits that our Member agents should be prepared for, which is a topic that we explored in-depth throughout the conference.”

Luxury SUMMIT speakers included multimedia artist and author Phil Hansen; author, yogi and wellness consultant for Hoag’s Women’s Health Institute, Anusha Wijeyakumar; forensic mind reader and mentalist Colin Cloud; human connection speaker and author of “Secret Pandemic” Simone Heng; executive vice president of Hilton & Hyland Gary Gold; CEO of Brown Harris Stevens Bess Freedman; co-president of William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance Ryan Raveis; founder of Nash Luxury and Illustrated Properties Billy Nash; and Marco Rossell, chief economist at LeadingRE, among numerous others.
